Inflammation is the body’s natural response to injury or infection, often causing  redness, swelling, pain, or heat.Inflammation of the joints, including stiffness and swelling are common symptoms of arthritis. Anti inflammatory spices are  natural products to heal the body and restore normal tissue function.chronic inflammation can lead to weight gain and disease. 


Turmeric

Turmeric is a brilliant yellow spice  that you can find in any grocery store.This natural herb is an important spice of our food that we cook and eat daily. Turmeric has been used as a medicine for centuries to treat wounds, infections, colds, and liver disease.

Ginger

Ginger is a vegetable and spice used in many foods. You can buy it powdered or as a fresh root in most supermarkets. Ginger has been used as a traditional medicine to treat stomach upset, headaches,arthritis,inflammation and infections.


The anti-inflammatory properties of ginger have been praised for centuries, and scientific studies confirmed its importance.

Garlic

Garlic has been used all over the world for thousands of years.

Garlic  is used widely as a flavoring in cooking, but it has also been used as a medicine throughout ancient and modern history.The anti-inflammatory properties of garlic have been proven to ease arthritis symptoms. A little bit can go a long way. Use fresh garlic in almost any savory dish for added flavor and health benefits. 

 Black pepper

Black pepper has been identified for its anti-inflammatory properties as well. Known as the “King of Spices,” black pepper has been valued for its flavor and antibacterial, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory benefits.

Clove

Cloves are a popular spice used in a variety of ways across the world,Clove is the dried bud of the flower from the tree Syzygium aromaticum. cloves have been used to boost digestion and control gastrointestinal irritation. Furthermore, fried cloves could also be used to stop vomiting. It is also effective against ulcers. This spice has anti-inflammatory and pain-killing properties. Cloves and clove oil is also used for teeth pain.

Cloves have been used  to treat upset stomach, nausea, and inflammation of the mouth and throat. 

Tomatoes

Not only are tomatoes delicious, but they are also rich in nutrients that fight against inflammation. Tomatoes are high in the phytochemical lycopene, which is a type of carotenoid with antioxidant properties. They are also a good source of vitamin C.
