Turmeric

Cloves are a popular spice used in a variety of ways across the world,Clove is the dried bud of the flower from the tree Syzygium aromaticum. cloves have been used to boost digestion and control gastrointestinal irritation. Furthermore, fried cloves could also be used to stop vomiting. It is also effective against ulcers. This spice has anti-inflammatory and pain-killing properties. Cloves and clove oil is also used for teeth pain.

Cloves have been used  to treat upset stomach, nausea, and inflammation of the mouth and throat.

Not only are tomatoes delicious, but they are also rich in nutrients that fight against inflammation. Tomatoes are high in the phytochemical lycopene, which is a type of carotenoid with antioxidant properties. They are also a good source of vitamin C.

Vitamin E may protect the body from the effects of harmful free radicals and have been shown to reduce inflammation. 


Olive oil

Olive oil is the natural oil extracted from olives, the fruit of the olive tree. olive oil can reduce inflammation, which may be one of the main reasons for its health benefits.


The main anti-inflammatory effects are mediated by the antioxidants.It   works similarly to ibuprofen, an anti-inflammatory drug. Olive oil contains nutrients that fight

inflammation.


 Fatty fish

Fatty fish are a great source of protein and the long-chain omega-3 fatty, Put it on your plate at least twice a week. Salmon, tuna, and sardines all have plenty of omega-3 fatty acids, which fight inflammation.


Although all types of fish contain some omega-3 fatty acids. Your body metabolizes these fatty acids into compounds called resolvins and protectins, which have anti-inflammatory effects.

You may add some dust to speed up the composting process. Then, add some natural waste from your garden (like dried leaves) to the compost. Golden milk is a traditional  drink that people make with turmeric and milk, for flavour add some honey or sugar . People also call it golden milk “turmeric milk

Simmer for eight to ten  minutes. By this time, the milk will reduce to a cup. This is the reason why I suggest you begin with a mixture of milk and water; else you will end up with a  thick  drink. Add some honey or sugar according your taste.

Home made starch and fabric stiffeners are so easy to make, it is not nice that you are not making it instead of using the unnatural  starch from the stores.  Never fear, you can simply make it at home. 

METHOD ONE

Dissolve Cornstarch in Water. Combine a  tablespoon of cornstarch and 2 glass of cold water in a bowl, dissolve this properly. You can store this solution in spray bottle.

If you want some fragrance, Add two or three drops of  Essential Oil for fragrance into the bowl then store it. Use this solution before ironing clothes. 

Pour Mixture into Spray Bottle. ...

Label the Bottle. ..IF YOU WANT.

Store the Bottle.


METHOD TWO


Home made starch and fabric stiffeners are so easy to make, it is not nice that you are not making it instead of using the unnaturally fragranced starch from the stores


METHOD THREE

water from boiling white rice (raw rice) not the red rice – or you can strain and use.


Drain the water from the boiled rice. You have to take the rice water out as soon as it is cooked, because if it is left to cool the water will solidify and it will be useless. Take out and thin to the proper consistency. This thinned starch water can be left to cool. Dip the dress in this solution ; wring out the water from it. Hang to dry .


METHOD FOUR


Everyone has white glue at home. starching all  shirts and clothes in the white glue solution –  it is the best. For a real stiff finish for your fabric use equal parts glue and water. Take a spoon of glue and two glass of water. Soak or spray your clothes in this solution. After iron them. Soaking clothes, first dry them in sun then iron them.
